$15000 of donations was put to work as Give the Dream Foundation purchased a second shipment of N95 respirator masks.  In March 2020, donations to Give the Dream Foundation made it possible for us to deliver $10000 worth of  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including N95 respirator masks.  The health care centers and first responders who received the masks were very grateful for the help and they said that they knew of many more health care workers and first responders that are in need of PPE.   In April 2020 an additional $15000 was donated and the PPE is on its way to some of the heroes that are fighting the COVID-19 pandemic working as health care workers and first responders.

Let’s work together to bring more of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — including masks, N95 respirators, and gowns to medical facilities in need.

 

The shortage is slowing health workers’ ability to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.  It has been reported that some doctors and nurses are sometimes forced to reuse gear in ways that put themselves and patients at risk of infection.

 

Give The Dream Foundation is working quickly to deliver N95 respirator masks to health workers in facilities with little or no supplies which they desperately need to fight the spread of COVID-19

 

The purchase of these masks was made possible by donors who want to do what they can to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and to help patients and medical workers stay safe.
